We have our last Dossier document in the mail.  We should have it tomorrow.  Then we'll have it all notarized, checked and Thursday it will all be apostilled and mailed off to Eastern Europe!  YEA!!  Then we'll be off to get our girl! We're depending on our Father to provide the rest of what we
