Today is kind of a blah day. Our little guy left early this morning. It’s been a VERY STRESSFUL day because of some things that have happened in his journey home. We’ll share more about that and about our time over the last weeks and lots of pictures in the next few days. To those who have been praying…thank you! Another (real) update coming very soon. Life has been too busy and crazy to update.

Please read this post from a fellow soldier in the work to bring the fatherless into families.

Please ACT if at all possible.

This is in reference to the family with 10 children (most adopted), the Loux’s.  You might remember that Derek died just a few days before Christmas 2009.  Please, please consider your part.

If you’re here because you saw the “Citizen Spotlight” about our family this month, WELCOME! We invite you to read back as far as you’d like to and you can follow both of our adoptions. The latest adoption was completed just 3 short weeks ago.

You can check out our adoption ministry website at www.eliproject.org

There has been a major meltdown on our ministry website, but we hope to have it back up and running in the next couple of days.

Blessing the Name of the Lord.

This is the horrible place where Micah lived when we adopted him. We met this team several times while we were there and were so inspired by their work. Here’s a previous article after an American’s visit around the time we were adopting Micah.

Read this amazing update.

We found this blog post on someone’s blog who had visited the institution where Micah was. It opened the floodgates of memories and the tragic conditions Micah was in. Please take the time to read this post by clicking the link below. Praise God that Micah is saved. Praise God.
